The Client
42 Acres is a regenerative estate, nature reserve and wellbeing retreat centre in Somerset, with a vision to live in harmony with nature, self and others. They host corporate retreats, team getaways, wellbeing retreats, nature-connection events, accommodation, and land-based experiences.

The Challenge

As Blueprintx grew, so did their internal accounting, finance, and compliance needs. There were many moving parts: handling purchases, suppliers, payroll, supplier and bank reconciliations, statutory requirements, keeping up with VAT, and more. They needed everything to work smoothly, reliably, and with minimal friction — because missteps in financial administration can waste time, cost money, and distract focus from what pulls revenue in: creative and client work.
