Can we keep our existing accountants for the year end accounts and corporation tax returns?
Yes! We will work closely with your existing accountant to provide them with everything they need to carry out these annual jobs. A discount on our standard fees will be applied.
How will Virgate take care of my accounts?
Each client is allocated a dedicated team, at least one person from each of the 4 service areas
Will it be obvious to our suppliers that we have outsourced our finance function?
No. Each client has a dedicated email address and phone number so that we can answer the phone with the client’s company greeting.
Is it easy to switch to Virgate?
It’s super simple to switch over to us, our Onboarding Team look after the whole process and get our new clients settled in, and liaise with previous accounting staff to obtain all the information we need.
Will it get expensive the more sites I have?
We have multi-site discounts that kick in for over 5 sites.
Do virgate need access to our bank accounts?
No, we have a secure payment portal where we set up supplier payment runs and staff wages payments. All you need to do is transfer the total amount to the portal!
How quickly do management accounts get sent out?
Within 10 working days of the period end. Businesses with EPOS systems linked to our accounting software receive their accounts the quickest, sometimes within only a few days after the period end!
